Villa Alaris is a lovely and spacious villa laid out in 2 floors, with private pool, 2 terraces and garden. The entrance door is located on the right side of the house, where you can find a wide hall. On the ground floor there is a double room, a room with a double sofa-bed, that can be a sitting room or a bedroom and there is also a shower room.

On the same ground floor there is as well the spacious living room and dinning room and the open plan kitchen. When you go out from the living room to the garden and pool area, there is a furnished terrace with access to the barbecue and pool areas, and also a little playground area.

On the second floor you will find the quadruple room with bunk beds (perfect for children), a twin room, a bathroom and the double room with a bathroom en suite. This bedroom has a wide terrace with sea view. The other two rooms have pyramidal wooden roof, a detail that gives great personality to the house. The rooms on this floor have air conditioning.
