Son Costa is a spacious house completely refurbished with the charm of the typical Menorcan old country noble houses and at the same time the comfort of a new and modern dwelling with a pool.
It has beautiful and wide views of the Menorcan countryside with its “tancas” (areas closed with walls made of dry stone) and the sea at the background. 
It is very quiet due to the 250 acres surrounding the house with no buildings around and you can also enjoy country walks.

On the ground floor there are lounge area, dining-room, kitchen, a wide corridor at the back and a wide front corridor leading to the two main double rooms with bathroom en suite (with bath and showerhead) and with a big dressing room, and a third room with a single bed, a little lounge area and a shower room en suite (no bath).

From the front wide corridor the stairs go up to a huge area with some chairs and sofas and also to three twin rooms which share a bath room with two washing basins, bath and a separate shower.
The kitchen is very spacious with table and chairs, electric glass rings, electric oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine and dish washer.

It can sleep 11 people comfortably and more beds can be installed in case it is necessary. There are two double beds I the two bedrooms on the ground floor.

There are spacious terraces around the house with a wooden pergola and exterior furniture where you can have your meals, read, have a chat or simply enjoy the landscape and the quiet…
From the terrace there is access to the pool area. The pool is 12 x 4 meters big and it is surrounded by a solarium terrace with sun beds and garden.
